Women’s Network Luncheon with Leah Baldacci, Lipman & Katz

“Business Disputes: What’s Discoverable?”
Lipman & Katz attorney Leah M. Baldacci’s legal background includes experience in civil litigation matters, including family law, employment law, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and personal injury, with specific experience including bicycle accidents, carbon monoxide poisoning, dog bites, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall injuries, traumatic brain injuries, vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and wrongful death. During her career, she has also played an integral role in cases on appeal and has drafted numerous appellate briefs before the Appellate Division of the Workers’ Compensation Board and the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. Leah conducted her first oral argument before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court before completing her first year of practice.
Leah earned her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the University of Southern Maine, and her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law.
Leah lives in Sidney with her husband, Jack, who is also an attorney.
